Returns: We accept returns on unwashed, unworn, and still attached tags items within 10 days of receipt of item. Returns are only eligible for store credit! Daily Deal items are final! Lost Packages- If your packages are stolen or lost, Lou Belle's will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This could take up to 2 weeks. After the investigation is completed, if your items is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace the item. If it is not available we will issue a refund. However, if the shipping carrier determines that they were delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.
