It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address that was entered by the customer. If we receive the package that has been shipped back to us due to an incorrect or un-deliverable address, there is not guarantee that you will receive your package. Please check to make sure that all of your shipping info is correct prior to placing your order.
Shipping charges are NONREFUNDABLE! Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control.
Returns:
We accept returns on unwashed, unworn, and still attached tags items within 10 days of receipt of item.
Returns are only eligible for store credit!

Lost Packages- If your packages are stolen or lost, Lou Belle's will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This could take up to 2 weeks.
After the investigation is completed, if your items is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace the item. If it is not available we will issue a refund. However, if the shipping carrier determines that they were delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.
All gift cards expire 3 MONTHS from date of purchase.
Store credits expires 30 DAYS from date of return.
